Reporting of premiums and invoicing<\/h2>\n

Reporting of premiums is done either via a personal login on VFF Pension’s website or the companies can choose to continue reporting premiums in the same way as before via F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringsGirot or CGI. It is no longer possible to email a file with premiums because the file consists of personal data and it is then contrary to GDPR.<\/p>\n

When reporting via VFF Pension’s website, a premium file is submitted by an authorized person appointed by the company. The invoice can then also be picked up via the login page at VFF Pension by an authorized person. To log in, VFF Pension must register an authorized person who then logs in with BankID. Here is the form for registration of eligibility<\/strong>,<\/a> the form must be filled in by the company and sent back to VFF Pension.<\/p>\n

Other payments<\/h2>\n

VFF Pension is able to accept other types of premium payments. Some companies have chosen to offer seniority premium and\/or the opportunity to convert time bank hours into pension savings.<\/p>\n
