Qualification – terms and premiums
Reporting of premiums and invoicing
Reporting of regular premiums
The premium period is October 1-September 30. The current monthly premium is SEK 575 and is paid monthly to Volvo Företagspension. The premium is value-hedged and follows the development of the income base amount.
FörsäkringsGirot has been commissioned by Volvo Cars to administer employees’ premiums and invoice management. This means that FörsäkringsGirot sends a file to VFF Pension every month about changes such as new employees and terminations according to the qualification rules. The invoicing takes place on the 10th of each month and the payment period is 30 days.
The breaking point for adjusting the premium amount is October each year and invoicing takes place two months in arrears. This means that premiums for the month of October will be paid in January next year.
Reporting of Time-bank premiums
Reporting of time-bank premiums is done by FörsäkringsGirot in connection with the payroll run every month. Invoicing takes place in connection with premium reporting. Payment period is 30 days.
Reporting of Year of service premiums
Year of service premiums are reported to VFF Pension at the beginning of November each year. Invoicing of annual year of service premiums is done in connection with the reporting of premiums. Premiums are deposited on the employees’ insurance after invoice payment has been made.
Employees can see the premium payments by logging in to their personal page at www.vffpension.se
New companies within Volvo Cars do not need to apply for membership with VFF Pension. However, you need to fill in a form where you must enclose the Registration Certificate and Information about the company for registration before future invoicing. Here is the form to fill in.
The application form and registration certificate should be password-protected and emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
